In 2013, to gain college campus experience Heather began working with Louisiana State University of Alexandria as the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Enrollment Services overseeing Admissions, Recruitment, Financial Aid, Continuing Education and Community Outreach.  With continued double-digit enrollment increases, she became the lead development and recruitment strategist for LSUA. While at LSUA she created and launched the dual enrollment high school, University Academy that has continued to grow over the last 7 years.

In January 2015, she embarked on a new higher education mission with Central LA Technical Community College where she serves as Executive Vice Chancellor of Student Services and is the Director of Foundation Relations.  Since starting with CLTCC she has been responsible for providing leadership and initiative in the planning, implementation and administration of the campus’s recruitment, outreach and enrollment efforts.  With a great team, CLTCC has had an amazing “come-back story”. Since joining the college, CLTCC has continued to see steady enrollment growths.
